Building Community Leadership Institute
The Building Community Leadership Institute (BCLI) is a developing hub for leadership development, education, and lifelong learning. Through training, educational opportunities, and strategic partnerships, BCLI is creating pathways for individuals to learn, grow, lead, and make a meaningful difference in their communities.
BCLI exists to create accessible opportunities for leadership development, education, and personal and professional growth.
We seek to equip emerging and experienced leaders with practical knowledge, meaningful learning experiences, and connections that help them lead effectively in their churches, workplaces, organizations, and communities.
BCLI is being developed to provide accessible learning and leadership development opportunities for individuals, emerging leaders, ministry leaders, professionals, and community members.
Our programs will include leadership development, workshops, seminars, continuing education, ministry and community leadership training, professional development, and other learning opportunities designed to help people grow, lead, and serve with purpose.
As BCLI develops, additional programs and educational opportunities will be announced.
BCLI is developing strategic relationships with colleges, universities, educational organizations, and community partners to create meaningful pathways for continued learning and leadership development.
These relationships will help connect BCLI participants with opportunities to build upon their learning, pursue additional education, and continue developing personally, professionally, and in ministry.
Our goal is not simply to offer courses—it is to help create pathways that move people forward.
